BYTEC AI Transformation · Use cases

Six industries.
One pilot each.
Measured before you scale up.

We do not sell abstract AI. We start with one workflow, measure it beforehand, introduce an agent and measure again afterwards. Then you decide whether to continue.

The examples show possibilities, not client projects.

// Six industries

One workflow to start. Not a big-bang project.

Every pilot starts with one clearly defined workflow. We measure volumes and times at your company, not in a brochure. The examples show possibilities, not client projects.

Property management and real estate

Tenant enquiries and damage reports, cleanly pre-sorted.

Every day, tenant enquiries, damage reports, invoices and documents come in. Much of the time goes into reading emails, looking for documents and finding the person responsible.

An agent connects the mailbox, the property management software and the document archive. It recognises the request, assigns property and tenant, sets the urgency and attaches the relevant documents.

Measured in the pilot: Minutes per report, time to first reply, share of correctly assigned cases.
Pilot · one workflowExample

Property assistant

Takes on
Classifying enquiries, assigning property and tenant, finding documents, drafting replies, following up open cases.
Stays with people
Approving replies, instructing contractors, goodwill decisions.
How the pilot runs
Four weeks in parallel with your current process, using real incoming requests.
Technical service providers and engineering firms

New quotes built on the knowledge of past projects.

For every quote, staff pull together earlier estimates, specifications and similar projects. The knowledge exists, but it is scattered across folders, emails and people's heads.

A knowledge assistant makes completed projects searchable, finds the most similar cases for a new enquiry and prepares a draft quote from approved templates.

Measured in the pilot: Hours per quote, deviation between quote and final costing.
Pilot · one workflowExample

Quote assistant

Takes on
Finding similar projects, compiling line items and costing bases, extracting requirements from tenders, preparing the draft quote.
Stays with people
Technical costing, technical and contractual approval, signature.
How the pilot runs
10 to 20 completed projects in a protected test environment. New quotes are compared with your current approach.
B2B service providers and consultancies

Less administration, more time with clients.

Sales and consulting staff research companies, prepare meetings, write notes and maintain the CRM. A large part of this is administration.

Before every client meeting, an agent prepares a short briefing. Afterwards it turns the meeting notes into CRM entries and tasks for confirmation.

Measured in the pilot: Preparation and documentation time per client contact, completeness of CRM data.
Pilot · one workflowExample

Sales assistant

Takes on
Researching companies from permitted sources, preparing briefings, summarising notes, proposing CRM entries and tasks, drafting proposals.
Stays with people
The conversation, the client relationship, every proposal before it goes out.
How the pilot runs
Two to three staff work with the agent for four weeks.
Trades and mid-sized businesses

Calls after hours: answered instead of missed.

Customers call to ask about appointments and quotes or to report faults. In the office this constantly interrupts work, and after hours nobody picks up.

A phone and office assistant answers calls outside office hours, records the request, address and callback wish, proposes appointments from approved time slots and prepares jobs for scheduling.

Measured in the pilot: Calls answered instead of missed, appointments resulting from them, office time per case.
Pilot · one workflowExample

Phone and office assistant

Takes on
Answering and recording calls, proposing appointments, collecting details for the quote, preparing jobs.
Stays with people
Emergencies and unclear cases straight away, the quote, job scheduling.
How the pilot runs
Four weeks for calls outside office hours only. Jobs go to the office for approval.
Insurance and financial services

Documents pre-checked before a person decides.

Applications, proofs and claims documents arrive in large numbers. Often the first step is checking whether everything is there and what is missing.

A controlled assistant recognises the document type, extracts the details, checks completeness against a defined checklist and flags inconsistencies for review.

Stricter requirements for data protection, regulatory supervision and audits, which we plan for from the outset.

Measured in the pilot: Time until the file is complete, errors in data capture, share of cases needing human review.
Pilot · one workflowExample

Document assistant

Takes on
Recognising and assigning documents, extracting details, spotting missing documents, drafting requests for them, finding internal guidelines.
Stays with people
Every decision on cover, benefits or creditworthiness.
How the pilot runs
First with anonymised or synthetic test documents, then, once approved, a limited pilot with real cases under supervision.
Healthcare providers

More time at reception for the people in the room.

Calls, appointment requests, cancellations and forms tie up reception staff, often while patients are standing at the desk.

An assistant takes on clearly limited administrative work: accepting appointment requests, sending reminders, filling cancellations from a waiting list and checking forms for completeness.

Only with careful expert review and strict data protection.

Measured in the pilot: Phone time at reception, missed appointments, appointments refilled.
Pilot · one workflowExample

Appointment assistant

Takes on
Appointment requests, confirmations and reminders, standard organisational questions, pre-checking forms, forwarding callback requests.
Stays with people
Any medical information, assessment or decision. Urgent matters go to the team immediately.
How the pilot runs
Initially only organisational questions and appointment requests, within a tightly defined scope.
// From our own operations

What we have built ourselves and run.

Before we offer something, we use it ourselves. These are our own systems, not client projects. The figures come from live operation.

For you: sensitive processes that trigger only under clear rules.

// How you get to the pilot

Four steps. You decide after each one.

01Initial conversation

The three most time-consuming workflows

No obligation, about 30 minutes. We clarify goals, workflows and systems and identify with you the three workflows that cost the most time.

02Discover

Choosing the right pilot

We review working hours, feasibility, data protection and costs and recommend the workflow to start with. From CHF 4,900 plus VAT.

03Pilot

One workflow, measured

Targeted at 30 days, as part of Transform: baseline measurement, introduce the agent, measure processing time, quality and cost.

04Partner

Operate and expand

If the pilot confirms the benefit, the agent goes into operation and further workflows follow. Monthly report to management.

Freed-up time is capacity, not automatically money saved. We agree together in the pilot what actually has an economic effect. Packages and prices are on the home page.
